Hey guys! What’s your favorite non-dairy calcium source❓🔝

Are you surprised that 🌿Swiss chard and 🌱spinach don’t make the list? 👉🏼It’s because they contain 🧲calcium binders which limit the amount of calcium we actually absorb from these foods making them ❌not such a good source. It would take 8 cups of spinach (containing 6 times as much calcium as 1 cup of milk) to deliver the equivalent in absorbable calcium.
