Fiber is key in weight management because when you eat high-fiber foods you tend to better control portions and cravings that could lead to poor dietary choices. ✔️Third, that same fiber in complex carbs helps your body’s insulin response, the slower you absorb the carbs, the smoother the insulin response which is beneficial for diabetics and weight control.
