    If you are serious about your diet and nutrition, I strongly recommend you look no further than Racha Najmeh. Period. I came to her after what I thought was a medical crisis, and she patiently helped me navigate the changes I needed to make in order to begin healing. She is dedicated, empathetic, resourceful, knowledgeable, and remarkably understanding. Racha is also very attentive and was able to pick up on subtle deficiencies in my diet that she addressed in her plan. Her plan and recommendations were uniquely tailored especially for my busy lifestyle. I can’t thank her enough for working with me remotely as well and accommodating me despite a significant time difference. I have been feeling and doing so much better.     I can't recommend Racha as a nutritionist enough. I have participated in her meal program, and it has been a game changer for me. Her food is delicious; the weekly plan is full of variety (from poke bowls to tacquitos). Through this program, I have learned to like new foods and have learned how to eat healthy. The timing for me was perfect, as I just had a baby, and have no time to cook. Every meal is planned with so much attention to detail. Lastly, the best part is that Racha is so approachable and accessible. She takes in consideration my food preferences and is always responsive when I have a question.

    I highly recommend Racha due to many factors including professionalism, positivism, and knowledge. Racha helped me loose weigh, become more active, and educated me on how to eat healthy in a fast paced environment (lifestyle). Racha combine short and long term strategies for weight loss, never make it difficult, and always follow up on you (even outside the session). Racha has built an interesting and efficient ecosystem, where she uses advanced machinery to analyze parameters such as body fat, water content, muscle content… a social media page where you can get advices, and get educated on nutritional values, and most importantly get fast, nutritious and yummy recipes, combined with her follow up during follow up sessions and via messaging systems. In sum, wonderful service and assured results if your are cooperative… she is so sweet that you cannot be but cooperative and loose weight 🙂

    I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Racha aka The Newtritionist. I have been on a wonderful journey with Racha for the past 4 months, very professional and motivational and works with you in a personalized approach.     Racha gave me her full attention during our session when we went over my history of struggles with proper nutritional intake. After getting a body analysis done by an exceptionally accurate machines, which is difficult to find in Canada, I particularly appreciated her explanation and share of information on osteoporosis and ways to prevent it. We created a meal plan together which turned out to be very easy to follow. Additionally, she has been easy to reach through email and text message when I had questions. I would recommend Racha to anyone who's looking for an approachable professional dietitian to take their time with them and cater to their nutritional needs!
